Classy and Creative only has the ability to sell bouquets locally, within the Portland, Oregon, Metro area. We can do events throughout Oregon.
When looking at the products, there is a price listed, but when you go to check out, there will be a payment method. Instead, you’ll receive an email. If you chose our local delivery option, there will be a way to pay on the email, but if you chose Pick Up at the Shop, then you’ll receive a receipt which you will bring and pay your bill in person.
