Mini Chocolate Upside Down Cakes

What You Need:       Time: 3 hrs      Makes: 24 Mini Cakes       Recipe from: Magnolia Table with a few changes. 
– For cake
Cooking spray
2 1/2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of coffee
2 teaspoons of distilled white vinegar
– For Filling 
1/2 a stick of butter
1/4 a fourth a cup of vegetable shortening, or another 1/2 stick of butter 
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 a cup of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
– For chocolate sauce
1/2 a cup of chocolate chips
1 stick of butter, cut up
1 tablespoon of corn syrup

What You Do: 
– Make Cake 
1. Read the oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13” baking pan with cooking spray play. 
2. Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Then add eggs and vanilla.
3. Set aside liquid mixture and get a medium sized bowl. Mix, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Add in the liquid mixture and the coffee alternating between each other and then add vinegar.
5. Spray pan lightly one more time and pour batter in. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes.
6. One cold in the pan pulled out a cooking rack set on top and flip the cake over onto the cooling rack. Take the pan off and let cool for an hour. 
– Make Filling 
1. I mixed together, butter, shortening and powdered sugar until well combined add milk and vanilla  and beat until fluffy.
2. Pour the filling into a plastic bag or a piping bag and cut a small hole in one corner.
3. Oh, cut the cake into 2 inch circles. Then, with a smaller cutter, cut into it in inch deep, pull out the middle, and squeeze filling in.
4. Replace the center and let sit.
– To make Sauce
1. She is a sauce pan heat up chocolate and butter until thoroughly melted. Make sure to get all the chocolate chunks.
2. Take off heat and pour corn syrup in.
3. Turn the heat to low and stir for a a minute.
4. Quickly pour sauce over cakes. Do not touch sauce, at this point it will be extremely hot. 
5. Let cakes cool for 30 minutes.
6. Add cute decor, and enjoy.
