Summer Smoothie

What You Need:            Time: 10 minutes                Makes: One Smoothie             Recipe From: Daddy DeCoste
8 strawberries (Preferably frozen,
this makes the smoothie cold.)
1/2 of a banana 
1/4 a cup of water
1 cup of guava (Or you favorite juice)
A large spoonful of Greek yogurt
(You can substitute this with 1/3 a cup of cream.)
1 teaspoon of honey

What You Do: 
​1. Gather all you ingredients cut and/or wash them. 
​2. Place your strawberries into a blender or a magic bullet pour the water and the guava over.
3. Spoon the yogurt and add honey. 
4. Blend for 2 minutes. 
5. Enjoy smoothie while enjoying a fun summer day. 

​Note: Some of the quantities of ingredients may vary based on the size of your blender.
