Homemade Pizza
Who doesn’t love pizza? And it’s super easy to make. Hope you try and enjoy this delicious meal.
What you Need:
1 1/4 teaspoon of dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 cup of warm water + 1 cup and a 1 tablespoons
3 1/2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 cup of olive oil
Cooking spray
Your favorite Pizza toppings
What you Do:
1. Pour yeast, sugar, and 1/4 water into a small bowl. Let sit for three minutes
2. Add flour and salt and mix lightly.
3. Stir in 1 and 1 tablespoon of water and olive oil. Mix well making into dough.
4. Form into a ball and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
5. Let sit for two hours in room temperature. If it will be longer then two hours let rise in a fridge.
6. Once dough has risen push down on it with your hand pushing the air bubbles out.
7. Pre-Heat oven to 500 degrees.
8.. Spray a pizza sheet and role out your dough. Rub down with a little olive oil.
9. Spread sauce then the cheese and what ever toppings you like.
10. Bake for 12 minutes.
