Pancake Breakfast
What You Need: Makes: 16 Pancakes Time: 30 minutes Recipe From: DeCoste Kitchen
– Pancakes
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
8 tsps of baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups of milk
1 stick of melted butter
4 tsps pure vanilla extract
2 large egg
(Optional) Chocolate Chips
Cooking Spray or a Slab of Butter to grease
– The Bacon and Eggs
Pack of bacon (My Favorite is Hickory Smoked But that’s getting fancy.)
The amount of eggs per person having one.

What You Do:
1. Blend all of your Dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Melt the butter and add in the liquid food. Whisk thoroughly, it should be a nice smooth texture. To make sure dip back of the spoon in it should stick to the back and not slide right off in an watery mess. If there’s chunks add more milk. If to watery add more flour.
3. Heat stove and grease a skillet or a pan.
4. Use a measuring cup to scoop batter onto the pan. Cook for a minute or two on each side.
5. Do this to each pancake and then you have a plate of delicious pancakes. For extra fun pancakes add the chocolates on top of the cooking pancakes.
6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Or if the package specifies different follow those directions.
7. Using a baking sheet lay out the tin foil onto the sheet. Then set out the bacon close together. Cook for twenty minutes.
8. On the stove top fry the eggs.
9. Enjoy!
