Farm Sandwich
What You Need:
(For Sandwiches)
Sour Dough Bread
Bacon
Your choice of Cheese
Tomato
Lettuce
Onions
(For Mayo)
Mayonnaise
Fresh dill
Sprig of rosemary
Garlic
Bread Crumbs
1/4 tsp lemon juice (Optional)
What You Do:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay tinfoil out of on a baking sheet and set bacon out. Over lap the pieces of meet a little leaving no room in between. Bake in the oven for twenty minutes. Mean while wash and dry the veggies. Once that is done butter the bread and toast it on a skillet until both sides are golden.
Meanwhile scoop 1/2 a cup of mayo into a bowl. Dice rosemary and dill. Spoon in a spoon of bread crumbs and sprinkle garlic. Mix the herbs (Add lemon juice in at this point) in and spread condiment on toasted bread.
Layer sandwich with cheese, lettuce, bacon, tomato onions on top. Cut in Half and serve.
