Blonde Brownies
When I first saw these little treats I thought they were kind of boring looking! But after making them once they became a family favorite. This treat comes with lots of large portions great for a large family like ours! They’re a sweet tooth satisfier in my book!
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tbsp fruit pectin or cornstarch
1 tsp baking Powder
1 tsp salt
2 sticks or 1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
What You Do
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease 9x13’’ baking dish.
In a medium sized bowl mixed together flour, pectin, baking powder, and salt until there is no visible ingredients by themself. Then set aside.
In a stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment, cream eggs, butter, as well as the brown and granulated sugars. Once it has an airy consistency add the vanilla.
Slowly scoop the flour mixture 1 scoop at a time into cream mixture and scrape the sides. Thoroughly combine before adding more.
Pour batter into your baking dish. Using a spatula gently spread the batter out evenly over the dish.
Bake until it is a nice golden brown. About 35 minutes. If you insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean your brownies are ready.
These beautiful blondes will last for about 5 days.
Enjoy!
